According to The Beverly Hills Courier Hugo Chavez, Venezuelan President has had a white paper chronicling his abuses released, a group of interantional human rights lawyers has listed these abuses and they can be read. Hugo Chavez as been looked at internationally by human rights advocates since at least late last year. His policies and his religious views have also been writen about.
