Tres M. Scott was nominated for "Poet of the Year 2008" at the International Society of Poets, in conjunction with the International Library of Poetry, Poetry.com, and Watermark Press' 22nd Annual Poetry Convention and Symposium held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Rivera Hotel and Casino.
Tres' Poetry has received Editor's Choice 3 times and is published in books and on CDs. Tres is also a member of the Press and covered the event for publications.
