Venezuela President Hugo Chavez, Dead from Cancer: TMSC Security SVCS World Alert®

Per the New York Times, Vice President of Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro has replaced Hugo Chavez due to his death from cancer. The funeral was held March 6, 2012. It is also stated that Mr. Maduro is the chosen successor to Mr. Chavez.
