The Blaylock Wellness Report on Coping With Stress

Dr. Blaylock states in this article that stress is both physical and mental. Physicians and neuroscientists accept that “psychological stress” produces effects on the brain identical to those caused by physical stress.

Dr. Blaylock suggests, to reduce stress:

  1. Reduce your intake of fats, especially saturated fats and omega-6 fats.
  2. Take magnesium.
  3. Drink White tea.

American Theorists Tres Mali Scott, M.Ed., M.S., ABD has published information on under paranormal psychology that states “para-terrorist” use psychological to terrorize individuals. For example, the 911 Bombing in New York caused the United States of America to experience “psychological stress” on a National Level.
