Somalia has another typer of terrorist problem -PIRACY

 Piracy is a war-like act committed by private parties that engage in acts of robbery and/or criminal violence at sea. People who engage in these acts are called pirates. This sounds like para-terrorism at sea. Mercenary firms are now invloved in solving this problem in Somalia. The Saracen International deal to train for antipairacy according to The Wall Street Journal Friday, March 18, 2011, "Lafras Luitingh, the chief operating officer of Saracen said in a statement that the program had been suspended since Feb. 12 and that the decision was made 'after close consultation with The U.S.' Tje Somalia government canceled a similar contract in January."
