One women, three actors, a no contest to felony stalking and five years probation.

John Cusack's accused stalker Emily Leatherman has gone to court and avoided prison time.

Leatherman has also had incidents with Tom Cruise and in athe past sought a restrining order against actor Nicolas Cage.
