Gender Verification: Medical Experts and Sex Assignment-Caster Semenya of South Africa

Why would someone want to genetically engineer someone? What causes gender?

Athletes make a lot of money for schools, colleges, universities, and countries. Caster Semenya of South Africa is an example. Awarded a Gold Medal, possible sponsors as a result.

Caster Semenya has caused medical doctors to examine the characteristics of male and female to determine gender, the biological line that is between male and female. In the 1960s Sex tests started when the Soviet-bloc were suspected of having males compete in female completions. Per the New York Times’ Friday, August 21, 2009 addition, these rigorous examinations include intrusive physical examinations and genetic analysis.

Because of Race, this gender issue can become clouded. Medical Ethics in the United States of America has a history or racism, the Tuskegee Experiment is an example, when Black Men were used to find out what syphilis does to the human body and denied medical care.

This Black-South African, Caster Semenya has the question raised, would gender come up if it were a European person. When it was a Soviet is was!

Per the New York Times, 08/21/2009, companies like Blackwater have become apart of Washington’s counterterrorism program. The division’s operation are in Pakistan and Afghanistan, using “Hellfire” missiles on remotely piloted Predator aircraft.

This work was previously done by the CIA who now depends on outside contractors for important assignments.

Federal Oversight Gone and Now Chief Bratton

For more than 20 years the Los Angeles Police Department has had ups and down, good and bad. Federal Oversight is gone and now LAPD Chief William J. Bratton has resigned.

This is a new generation of problems and solutions. A new generation is gangs, a new generation of mafia, a new generation of politicians, the “Hope” of a Nation is with you.

Local and national newspapers, as well as, media print and the internet have reported new gangs like MS13 and the Israeli Mafia.

The new Chief may want to learn about some of the cultures from which these organizations come. With activities like “para-terrorism” it is difficult to discern crime from “para-terrorism”.

America use to be a melting pot, people looked “Black” or “White”, many have changed to a “Mosaic”, but that “Mosaic” may still looked “Black” or “White”. Without a accent a American close, a “para-terrorist” looks like one of us.  Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International both have reports that discuss this problem, “para-terrorist” groups have been formally asked to “stop using civilians as shields”, this also sounds like “Identity Theft”.

Isreal, Is There Improvement Since United Nations Intervention?

Isreal Defense Forces are now sending out "Attack Warnings" to civilians per Human Rights Watch. The United Nations (UN) intervened when food trucks and other UN International Humanitarian Aid was not allowed by Isreal. During time of armed conflict, it is called International Humanitarian Aid and during peace time it is, per the UN a Universal Declaration of Human Right (UDHR).
